I carefully observed the many tasks that were accomplished during the day. I was impressed by:
*
The skill and speed of re-contouring the lanscape where the concrete would eventually be poured (Mr. Broad is an artist with the Bobcat)
*
The tamping-down of the soil and gravel to make a solid base for the concrete
*
The precise setting of the concrete forms, with an artistic touch from Mr. Broad.
*
The careful and accurate "pitching" of the concrete to the two deck drains.
*
The direction and orchestration of the multiple concrete trucks onto our property with minimum damage to the landscape (grass).
*
When the crew left for the day, there was nothing for me to do. Everything had been cleaned-up; they even removed the trash.
Finally, all of the crewmembers were hard working, respectful, and considerate of their surroundings. I can't imagine that anyone could perform any concrete job better than R. Broad Concrete.

We have used R. Broad Concrete to replace all the concrete (walkways, driveway, patio & rear steps) around our residence located on a corner property in Cheektowaga NY.
With Robert Broad not only supervising but also working hands-on at the site, the large job was completed in two days to our satisfaction.
Robert's experience and eye for detail resulted in a product not only functional but also pleasing to look at. His ideas for construction of our rear steps and platform (a problem area because of the overhang at the rear of our house) were used and are now greatly appreciated.
